Out of Scope

To ensure timely editorial decisions and maintain the journal's academic focus, UJCERS normally does not consider manuscripts that:

Have no clear educational, computer, robotics, or learning relevance.
Are purely commercial product descriptions or software advertisements.
Describe software or hardware implementation without educational, scientific, or research contributions.
Consist only of opinion pieces without scholarly analysis or supporting evidence.
Report routine classroom activities without research design, evaluation, or broader implications.
Are incomplete, preliminary, or lack sufficient methodological rigor.
Have been published previously or are under consideration by another journal.
Fail to comply with accepted research ethics, publication ethics, or plagiarism standards.
Fall outside the journal's broad focus on education, computing, robotics, educational technology, and related interdisciplinary fields.

Manuscripts falling outside the scope above may be declined without review. If you are unsure whether your work fits, read the author guidelines or contact the editorial office.
